Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms, has awarded Ultimate Security Services a three-year contract extension at Chiswick Park, worth over £1m a year.
The company will continue to provide security and front of house services for all offices, public spaces, bars and restaurants at the 1,437,180 sq ft, mixed-use business park, located between the centre of London and Heathrow.
Ultimate Security Services and Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work (CPEW) - the property company that manages Chiswick Park, have been working in partnership since 2014.
Matt Coulson, operations director, CPEW, said: “Ultimate Security have shown real commitment in the previous 12 months and we were happy to extend this contract with the strong strategy that was outlined as part of their pitch, and that is now in place.”

Founded in 1999, Ultimate is London’s leading private security company, providing a range of integrated security solutions to high end London clients. It has turnover of £72m and employs 2,100 people. Clients include Land Securities, CBRE, the Shard, Broadgate Estates, Savills and BNP Paribas.
